The villa is located in a peaceful neighbourhood in Los Alcázares in south Costa Blanca. It is in walking distance to all the best restaurants and beaches. (map)

This villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds, accommodation for max 6 guests. Two bathrooms with shower is in the villa, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Large solarium is on the top floor with shower.

In the villa is a powerful air conditioning and heating system, which is able to control the temperature on each floor perfectly, giving our guests the perfect feeling in the villa, either on a hot summer day or in the winter season.

Around the villa is a private garden with lemon and orange trees and  spacious and sunshaded barbecue area with good a connection to the kitchen in the villa.

In the garden is private pool with sunbathe around. The pool is heated in the colder months so there is a possibility to use it all year around. 

Extra cost for heated pool is 10 EUR pr day.

The is a closed private parking in the garden.

The Mar Menor is totally unique. Its geographical peculiarities create some of the best conditions in Spain for those learning water sports, particularly windsurfing and sailing. (see video )

The water on the Mar Menor is not tidal and has no currents or waves, so it’s perfect for various watersports. It has shallow fringes, which slope gently, and is only 7 meters deep in the center, so the water temperature is warmer than that of the Mediterranean, particularly around the edges where it is possible to wage out 50 meters from the shore and still only be waist deep, creating perfect conditions for bathers, but also ideal training for all types of water-sports.
